Are you a commercially-minded analyst who thrives on transforming data into strategy?

A leading organization in the fertiliser sector is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support and streamline its Marketing operations in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a driven individual who blends strong financial acumen with a knack for systems and process improvement.

Key Duties :

  1. Manage a small Marketing admin team
  2. Oversee commission processes and pricing controls
  3. Develop and maintain Power BI reports to support business decisions
  4. Collaborate with Costing to ensure data accuracy and appropriate cost allocation
  5. Drive process improvements and support policy development
  6. Assist with budget preparation and regional financial coordination
  7. Support the migration from AX to Office D, including training and setup
  8. Represent the regional team in management meetings and site visits
  9. Conduct stock counts and provide on-site financial support as needed

Key Requirements :

  • B.Com, Financial, or Costing qualification (IT experience advantageous)
  • 8–10 years’ experience in a similar analytical or financial support role
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial modelling
  • Experience working closely with IT teams on reporting and systems
  • Demonstrated team management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commercial insight
  • Willingness to visit operational sites and understand manufacturing processes
