Key Accountabilities:
- Business Analysis Methodology Planning & Monitoring
- Prepare the appropriate method to conduct business analysis activities (formality level, activities, and plan for activities).
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to maintain effective working relationships.
- Maintain the tools of information accessibility and storage.
- Requirements Elicitation & Validation
- Prepare for requirements elicitation by setting up the required logistics and preparing the stakeholders for elicitation.
- Check the information gathered during an elicitation session for accuracy and consistency.
- Format and document requirements using formal or informal documentation.
- Ensure that stakeholders have a shared understanding of business analysis information through approvals and agreements.
- Requirements Analysis & Solution Design
- Participate in the current and future state analysis based on the related factors (Capabilities and Processes, Technology and Infrastructure, Policies).
- Participate in risk analysis to understand the undesirable consequences of internal and external forces during a transition.
- Identify and communicate the gap analysis and transition states and release planning.
- Elaborate the requirements using the required modeling techniques and diagrams.
- Ensure and verify that the requirements and designs are defined correctly and aligned with quality standards.
- Options Development & Recommendation Building
- Participate in identifying and representing design options to improve the business and achieve the desired future state.
- Estimate the potential value for each design option to establish which one is most appropriate to meet the business objectives.
- Evaluate the delivered solution through formal and informal functional demos.
- Communicate feedback or register the required enhancements.
- Assurance of Requirements Life Cycle Management
- Maintain requirements accuracy and consistency throughout and beyond the change during the entire requirements life cycle, and support the reuse of requirements in other solutions.
- Determine requirements priority based on relative importance to stakeholders, considering inter-dependencies between requirements.
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Years and Nature of Experience:
+1 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
