Customer Solution Consultant

Location: Cape Town (On-Site, willing to travel to customers)

Headquartered in Cape Town (Somerset West), with a growing global customer base, they enable teams to automate and integrate applications, systems, or databases quickly and easily. Role Overview

As an Integration Analyst Consultant, you will work directly with customers to drive discovery, collaborate with our Integration Architect to develop smart integration strategies, and ensure clients maximize their software investments. You will act as a trusted advisor, uncover automation opportunities, advise on processes, and guide clients through transformation journeys with significant business impact. This role combines business analysis, integration expertise, and client collaboration, offering high ownership and impact.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with customers to analyze systems, understand workflows, and identify integration opportunities.
  2. Conduct discovery and requirements workshops to surface technical and business needs.
  3. Propose, document, and present tailored integration solutions using Flowgear.
  4. Assist with data and process modeling, transformation mapping, and best-practice configuration.
  5. Provide hands-on support during integration design, build, and optimization phases.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to drive value realization.
  7. Lead post-implementation reviews to ensure solutions deliver measurable outcomes.
  8. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and platform feedback.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Finance.
  • Knowledge of ERP and Financial systems processes.
  • Relevant ERP or iPaaS certifications (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, Flowgear, Workday, Oracle).
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms and low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Scripting or API development exposure.
  • 4-6 years in an integration-focused consulting or business systems analyst role.
  • Understanding of ERP ecosystems such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Sage.
  • Strong grasp of finance processes and transformation initiatives.
  • Experience designing integrations with Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, and eCommerce.
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling, transformation logic, and API concepts (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON, XML).
  • Ability to lead client workshops and design sessions independently.
Desirable Skills and Competencies
  • Experience with financial process transformation, HR integration, and data migration.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for using technology to solve complex business challenges.
