About the role

The Business Analyst will optimise business efficiencies through the systematic analysis and definition of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications. This role leads the end-to-end business requirements for the Debit Check Modernization Project within Business Banking, acting as a key link between business stakeholders, Technology, and the Product team.Operating in a dynamic, high-impact environment, the Business Analyst will support operational continuity and contribute to product innovation initiatives. Strong experience in banking payments (debicheck exposure advantageous) is essential to help shape future-fit solutions for the evolving market

Minimum Experience

  • Formal qualification or Business Analysis diploma
  • 4 - 7 years working experience in various business analysis knowledge areas, working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Experience in a payments or Debicheck environment is highly beneficial
  • Internal: Completion of BA School of Learning Level 3
  • Business and data analysis
  • Understanding of business process and translating requirements into business processes, context diagrams, visual explanations, etc.
  • Functional and business process design
  • Communication and translation of information across business and technical environments (Interface between business and Technology)
  • Design of evidence-based best practice solutions
  • Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Project Management principles and relevant development lifecycle experience
  • Agile development lifecycle principles and experience
  • Understanding of systems and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
