About the job: Business Analyst II (Intermediate - Senior)

Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced Diplomas/National qualifications
- Preferred: IT qualification
- Business Analysis Certificate endorsed by IIBA
- Safe Certification (Essential), Additional Certifications preferred, especially IIBA endorsed
- Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience
- Experience managing multiple IT projects, including complex projects with business and industry exposure
- Ability to guide others in effective use of common techniques
- Proficiency in Wealth Management and/or financial services technical knowledge
- Research methodology expertise
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Body Of Knowledge
- Strong business writing skills
- Understanding of Agile concepts
- Data and Business analysis skills
- Process Engineering skills
- Knowledge of global business analysis trends
- Familiarity with Business Analysis disciplines, techniques, and practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor BA efforts on large/complex enterprise initiatives, including iterative and adaptive planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and gather requirements
- Analyze requirements and define designs, structuring and modeling requirements accordingly
- Manage the requirements lifecycle from inception to retirement
- Define future states and transition strategies to address business needs
- Evaluate solutions to assess performance and value, removing barriers to full realization
- Follow IIBA best practices, agile delivery, and lean principles
- Document and analyze requirements related to changes in users, interfaces, processes, and data flows
- Align requirements with the portfolio's strategic themes, product roadmap, KPIs, and metrics
- Understand and manage elements of the program and team backlog
- Identify opportunities and stakeholder needs to define solutions
- Use visual tools and collaborative techniques to model scope, interfaces, and dependencies
- Decompose and document epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria, identifying gaps and missing elements
- Own the decomposition, elicitation, analysis, and documentation throughout the requirements process
