Job summary

A leading equipment provider is seeking a Business Analyst to create use cases and documentation. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, requirement analysis, and UAT testing coordination. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and report writing skills are essential. This position is based in South Africa.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or process engineer.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job description

  • Create use cases, flow/context diagrams as well as Business Case and Requirement analysis documentation for projects and changes allocated
  • Document business processes, functional and non-functional requirement (if applicable)
  • Stakeholder management - liaison with key business-unit's representatives to review system requirements and verify that solutions are implemented according to requirements; customers; service providers; industry representatives; and external product suppliers.
  • Manage analysis sessions to ensure appropriate input, and subsequent sign-off of BA deliverables.
  • Co-ordinate UAT testing with business and external vendors.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through developing a hands-on understanding of Business Unit and Functional Department needs and requirements.
