Business Analyst Centurion

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Analysis role, of which a minimum of 3 years must be in the financial services industry, long-term insurance, investments, wealth management, healthcare administration, or employee benefits. Any technical skills will be an added benefit.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Work with the relevant Delivery manager and Client to elicit accurate and comprehensive product roadmap/backlog requirements.
2. Analyze client requirements to determine scope and effort in support of the client commercial engagement.
3. Complete modelling, including providing Product Manager with input to business case; conduct product demonstrations and provide sales support.
4. Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to analyze their objectives and clarify the stakeholder needs or problem/opportunity statement.
5. Undertake stakeholder and competitor analysis.
6. Conduct requirements review, validation, and develop user stories.
7. Apply relevant data analysis techniques.
8. Facilitate requirements analysis/discovery sessions and design workshops.
9. Translate business requirements from clients into business requirements specifications.
10. Participate in the planning and prioritization of project scope requirements with stakeholders.
11. Map customer requirements to existing system functionality and identify gaps.
12. Examine existing and/or create new business processes, prepare user stories, and prototype mock-ups.
13. Create functional requirements specifications and manage requirements through proven traceability matrices and models.
14. Translate business requirements to functional and non-functional requirements for the Development Team.
15. Create and update feature documentation in support of client UAT and Production deployments.
16. Assist tester(s) with the translation of business requirements documentation into relevant test scenarios and test cases.
17. Promote the quality of delivery by validating that the delivered functionality meets the requirements.
18. Assist with the validation and prioritization of test results and defect resolution.
19. Develop training materials and deliver training to relevant user community.
20. Participate in Post Implementation Review sessions.
21. Develop, implement, and manage analysis methodology and provide leadership and support to other Business Analysts.
