RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Kenilworth, Cape Town .
The successful candidate will use data analysis to enhance business processes, products, and services, working across departments to identify needs and propose solutions that drive performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements across departments
- Liaise with internal teams including IT, HR, Finance, and Clinical departments to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate business process re- engineering initiatives and help implement effective solutions
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support IT integration efforts and digitization of operations, including the use of Microsoft Power BI
- Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations to optimize performance
- Document and communicate new processes effectively to stakeholders
- Track and monitor project progress, ensuring on- time and on- budget delivery
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools is advantageous
