Job description

RPO Recruitment's client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their team in Kenilworth, Cape Town .
The successful candidate will use data analysis to enhance business processes, products, and services, working across departments to identify needs and propose solutions that drive performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements across departments
  • Liaise with internal teams including IT, HR, Finance, and Clinical departments to identify improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate business process re- engineering initiatives and help implement effective solutions
  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Support IT integration efforts and digitization of operations, including the use of Microsoft Power BI
  • Evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations to optimize performance
  • Document and communicate new processes effectively to stakeholders
  • Track and monitor project progress, ensuring on- time and on- budget delivery

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
  • Proven track record in process improvement and digital transformation projects
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools is advantageous
