Role Purpose:

To review, evaluate, and analyze user needs to document system requirements and create system specifications that support system development and implementation of business objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and process analysis.
  • Creating Business Requirements Specifications (BRS), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Performing light configuration and development tasks in automation platforms.
  • Collaborating with developers and IT teams for accurate implementation.
  • Supporting testing and validation of automated solutions.
  • Mapping current and future-state processes using BPMN or similar notations.
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
  • Producing and maintaining BRS to inform and enhance solution development, focusing on digitalization within compliance.
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement across compliance departments.
  • Assessing, analyzing, and optimizing end-to-end processes to improve efficiency and customer/employee experience.
  • Facilitating project implementation and process improvements.
  • Building collaborative relationships across teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
  • Compiling reports to track progress and support decision-making.
  • Providing excellent service and fostering innovation.
Qualifications:

Grade 12 or equivalent. Further education is advantageous. 5-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
