Qualifications

• Proven experience in using MS Office tools effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems particularly Salesforce.
• Experience in the recruitment sector is a plus.
• Experience in recruitment or Salesforce is advantageous.
• Ability to review and redesign processes.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement Copilot solutions for business use cases.
• Design and update business process workflows.
• Assist in implementing automation solutions as directed.
• Review, update and design process workflows.
• Assist with the implementation of Bullhorn Automation and build additional automations as directed by the Ops Director and COO.
• Implement CV formatting solution.
• Review Salesforce UIs with the Salesforce Administrator for streamlined interfaces.

Business Analyst - 6 month FTC

• Proposal of how to leverage Copilot and implementation of this for any use cases, ensuring an AI policy is drawn up and other tools such as ChatGPT are no longer available for use
• Summary of Office suite tools and how we can better utilise these across the business
• Suggest and implement efficiency gains through the use of MS Office suite, specifically including MS Forms, Power Automate and Copilot
• Review, update and design process workflows
• Assist with the implementation of Bullhorn Automation and take ownership of building additional automations as directed by the Ops Director and COO
• Implement CV formatting solution
• Review and suggest streamlined Salesforce user interfaces, to be implemented by the Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Office is essential for both roles and experience in the recruitment sector or with Salesforce would be advantageous.
