The Business Analyst will consult with business stakeholders and leadership to understand strategic goals, business processes and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify business needs, problems and opportunities for improvement, and document requirements.
• Conduct SWOT analysis, risk analysis and data modelling.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to develop effective solutions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and requirements documentation.
• Prepare test cases and test data, and conduct acceptance testing.
• Monitor the implementation of solutions to ensure business requirements are met.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Adapt solutions to changing business needs and objectives.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and relevant methodologies.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• 1–3 years’ experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or other business modelling tools.
• Experience with data analysis and database management.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
