Job summary

Discovery Limited in Sandton, South Africa, is seeking a Business Analyst who will independently elicit, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for integrated systems. You will validate delivered solutions, design functional interfaces, support testing including UAT, and help manage risks, scope, and delivery tracking while mentoring junior analysts.

A background in informatics or related degree and 2–3 years BA experience are preferred; matric is required

Qualifications

• 2–3 years Business Analysis experience.
• Business experience & product knowledge an advantage
• 1 year user interface analyst experience

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases aligned to strategic and operational objectives.
• Produce and validate Customer and Product Requirements Specifications.

• Define and execute testing approaches, supporting UAT and sign-off.
• Manage project documentation, risks, scope, and delivery tracking.
• Review junior analyst artefacts and provide validation feedback.
• Support live environments through incident analysis and stakeholder communication.
