We are seeking a Telecoms Business Analyst to join a well-known telecommunications company dedicated to providing innovative solutions and exceptional services. The role involves analyzing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing strategies to improve products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and technologies.
2. Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and identify trends for decision-making.
4. Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements and project plans.
5. Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
6. Monitor KPIs and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in telecommunications or IT.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
