Responsibilities include:

• Participate in conceptualisation, design, and planning of projects for the product house, business unit, or segment.
• Contribute to developing a budget aligned with operational delivery plans, monitor effectiveness, and report on variances.
• Develop, encourage, and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG.
• Continuously assess own performance, seek feedback, and request training where appropriate.
• Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in your area of expertise.
• Develop insights and apply innovative solutions for organisational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, audit, and process requirements.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Minimum Qualification: Relevant Degree in BSc Information Systems, BSc Engineering, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, BBusSc, or related fields.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar environment, including 1-2 years as a Business Analyst II.
• Knowledge of solution viability assessment, business case development, data analysis, financial data, and banking systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access, report development, and design tools like Visio or Firstmap.
• Experience in managing complex projects aligned with business strategy, preferably in the financial industry.
