Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring that our technology solutions are effectively utilised and communicated across the company. What You'll Do:

Requirements Gathering

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for configurable technology solutions.
  2. Develop/refine use cases and success criteria.
  3. Ensure that requirements are aligned with business objectives and DTS capabilities.
  4. Assist in project definition as required.

Adoption Support

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive materials to promote the adoption of existing technology tools.
  2. Create user guides, training manuals, and other resources to facilitate effective use of technology.
  3. Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive tool adoption both directly and through key stakeholders.

Communications

  1. Manage internal communications within the DTS department.
  2. Develop and distribute newsletters, updates, and announcements to keep the team informed.
  3. Foster a collaborative environment through effective communication strategies.
  4. Ensure consistent messaging and engagement.

Who You Are:

  1. Practical experience in a project environment including adherence to governance structures and processes.
  2. Experience working with Microsoft Cloud technologies including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  3. Good understanding of IT systems, methodologies, and key processes.
  4. Experience working with stakeholders to ensure successful technology uptake within the business.
  5. Previous experience working within Professional Services is preferred.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  7. Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Ability to create engaging and informative materials.
  10. Experience in internal communications and stakeholder management.
  11. Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  12. Proficiency in IT tools and software.
  13. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  14. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
