Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to capture detailed requirements, ensuring that all functional, non-functional, and technical needs are documented.
2. Process Mapping & Analysis: Map current business processes and identify inefficiencies or gaps. Develop future-state processes to be supported by the new system.
3. Solution Design: Work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure the designed solution meets business requirements. Document detailed functional specifications and use cases.
4. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to review requirements, validate assumptions, and gain consensus on the proposed solution.
5. User Stories & Documentation: Develop detailed user stories, user flows, and system documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
6. Validation & Testing: Support the Quality Assurance Lead by providing input on test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) based on business requirements.
7. Change Management: Assist with change management activities, helping the business understand how the new solution will affect existing processes.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in enterprise solution implementations, particularly in enterprise project management systems or similar systems.
2. Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
3. Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Skills:

2. Proficiency in creating detailed business requirements and process flows (e.g., BPMN, UML).
