Job description

Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance, working alongside client partners to make impactful change. With offices across Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia, Africa, North and South America, and Europe, we prefer to spend minimal time in these locations. Instead, we collaborate closely with clients to unlock their potential and deliver lasting results that are rarely achieved through traditional boardroom meetings.

If you consider yourself one of the market's brightest minds, with a strong academic record, we offer entry-level opportunities to solve complex problems faced by our clients. We value curiosity, a willingness to travel, and a desire to experience the world. This role is ideal for those looking to kick-start their career without being confined to a single industry vertical.

The Business Analyst role is an entry-level position where you will act as a frontline change agent for our clients. You will be the primary source of reliable data and analysis, providing the facts needed for real-time decision-making by the improvement team.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Assisting with the delivery of measurable improvements and supporting the implementation of processes and systems that sustain ongoing improvements, especially through prioritisation and problem-solving.
  2. Collaborating closely with team members and clients to collect and analyse data, providing actionable insights.
  3. Occasionally taking on front-line coaching roles, particularly with client analysts, to broaden management experience.
Key competencies:

To succeed as a consultant at Partners in Performance, you should be an outstanding academic performer, dynamic, passionate, and willing to work inside our clients' businesses. A genuine care for people and development is essential, as coaching plays a significant role in our success.

Requirements to join our team:
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree from a top-tier university with excellent results (distinction average).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching, influencing, and building trust with peers and clients.
  • A demonstrated passion for results.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond clearly under pressure and use visual tools to communicate insights.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI is advantageous.
Other requirements:

We are committed to helping you unleash your potential.

The diverse and complex problems you will encounter mean that five years with us can provide more growth than ten years climbing the ladder in a single industry. You will have access to industry-leading training and continuous support to refine your skills.

We value diversity of all kinds and have done so since our founding over 27 years ago.

Partners in Performance was acquired by Accenture on August 29, 2024, and is now part of Accenture.
