Business Analysis and Business Reporting
- Analyze current business performance and progress towards targets by preparing relevant reports and dashboards to inform key decisions.
- Review monthly financial data from Finance to track performance metrics and investigate abnormalities.
- Prepare and distribute quarterly market sales performance data.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep dives into markets, clients, and product revenue streams to support sales efforts and provide business insights.
- Gather and review inputs from internal stakeholders to produce weekly Executive dashboards and monthly reporting packs for the Executive Management team.
- Participate in creating common Financial Reporting tools for the region.
- Support the BPO Head in creating management dashboards and providing insights from internal and external data.
- Monitor market dynamics and Visa's market share to trigger competitive responses when relevant.
- Design and develop reporting and MIS tools to transform complex data into clear, readable formats.
- Regularly review the market to gather competitive insights and work with the Hub to interpret information.
- Analyze scorecards, identify gaps, and assist countries with data extraction and analysis.
- Become a super user and main contact for Truth and MSD systems.
- Analyze the product enablement matrix and advise the BPO Head accordingly.
- Assist with annual BD target setting and quarterly performance reviews.
Teamwork and Training
- Focus on people management and collaborate effectively with GCM BPO Head SSA Leadership Team and CEMEA BPO Team to achieve objectives.
- Communicate openly and build strong relationships.
- Strive for excellence through high-quality output and discussions.
- Contribute to improving Employee Engagement scores within the SSA team.
- Assist in conducting training sessions on financial instruments as needed.
- Participate in the Global Employee Engagement Survey, analyze results, and support action plans.

- Serve as a competence center for business analysis and performance.
- Interpret business issues and work with the BPO Head to recommend best practices.
Playbook CRM System Implementation
- Act as Playbook Champion for the regional team, promoting best practices.
- Ensure the delivery of the VISA 360 promise by business development and cross-functional teams, enhancing the Global Customer Engagement Survey.
- Support strategic account management and high-quality account plans using Visa Playbook.
- Work with country teams to facilitate account reviews and maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline.

Reporting Relationships
- This role is based in SA, reporting to the Senior Director Business Planning & Operations SSA.
- Support the BPO Head in all business planning and operational activities.
- This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
This is a hybrid position. The specific in-office days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis within the payments or financial services industry.
- Ability to operate in complex, ambiguous environments, providing fact-based recommendations to senior management.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with teams and leadership.
- Proficient in managing multiple initiatives and driving them to completion.
- Ability to quickly evaluate opportunities using industry experience and data analysis.

- Experience in global or multinational contexts is preferred.
- Skills in business analysis, financial modeling, strategic planning, and solution development.
