Join our global clearing and forwarding client in their Business Analyst role focusing on PowerBI, Excel and ShipShape.

Our client, who is growing at an exponential rate, is on the hunt for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team.

Duties :

Data Analysis and Reporting :

• Performance Metrics : Collect and analyse data related to shipment volumes, delivery times, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Develop detailed reports and dashboards for management, providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.

Market Research and Strategy :

• Industry Trends : Stay updated on global trade regulations, transportation costs, and market trends to help the company adapt to changes and remain competitive.
• Strategic Planning : Assist in the development of strategies for market expansion, cost reduction, and service enhancement based on data-driven insights

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within clearing and forwarding (non-negotiable)
• Must have experience with creating dashboards and with analytics .
• A Self-starter with potential for growth.
• Solutions orientated.
• MS Office Suite and integration thereof.
• Power BI and Excel experience (Non-negotiable).
