In this role, you'll make an impact by:

1. Being part of the commercial team and supporting the sales processes including reporting, analyzing, and documenting the internal and external data and dynamics.

You will work closely with your colleagues in the Novonesis offices across the Middle East and Africa. The role involves 2 major areas of responsibility:

You'll make an impact by working on:

1. Business analysis:

• Manage sales tracking tools, report on important information and track sales trends.
• Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide the sales team and management with actionable insights.
• Monitor distributor contracts, monthly sales estimates, and analysis of ongoing opportunities.
• Support the sales team in creating data, presentations, and proposals through data-driven insights.
• Analysis of market trends including competitor analysis and identifying potential threats and opportunities.

• Support the Regional Director / General Manager on ad-hoc activities related to office management.
• Create and execute processes for vendor management and improve the efficiency of office-related operations.
• Support the Regional Director in South Africa towards Novonesis' efforts on sustainability and advocacy through strong analysis of policy and market dynamics.

Must be willing to travel if required for the job, both within SA and internationally.

To succeed you must:

1. At least a Bachelor's or equivalent qualification in finance, business, or marketing. MBA will be an advantage.
2. 2-3 years' experience in managing data and analysis either in a consulting or a marketing role.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Possess strong acumen related to business and sales dynamics.
5. Strong drive, responsible, goal-oriented, well organized, and self-motivated, being able to drive projects and tasks independently.
6. High level of organization and detail orientation and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
7. Fluency in English (written / spoken).
