Business Analyst Role in Gauteng

We are looking for Business Analyst professionals with 4+ years of solid development experience in Business Analysis and a solid knowledge base of the SDLC.

Job Brief:

We're seeking a Business Analyst with at least 4+ years of practical experience. The role involves developing business requirements and contributing significantly to the project's success. The candidate will work with a medium-sized, agile, and Scrum development team.

Duties Include:

1. Participate actively in the Developer and Scrum Teams
2. Engage in an Agile environment with Daily Scrums, Sprints, and Scrum meetings (prior Scrum experience is helpful but not required)
3. Investigate and analyze business needs, determine requirements, and identify alternatives
4. Assist in stakeholder workshops to gather and elicit business requirements
5. Verify technical solutions, processes, and calculations
6. Contribute to UI and UX design discussions
7. Develop business requirements documents, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Wireframes, Activity Diagrams, and Use Case Diagrams
8. Design user interfaces to ensure a simple and satisfying client experience
9. Contribute to application feature planning
10. Assist the development team in understanding business requirements
11. Help develop test plans and test cases for functional and non-functional testing
12. Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
13. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
14. Engage in problem-solving activities
15. Experience in human or animal healthcare is advantageous
