We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing team within the Client Solutions division.

This is an initial 6-month contract role, based primarily on-site at offices in Parow, Cape Town. You'll work across multiple projects, with a strong focus on marketing initiatives and the potential to support finance-related work as well.

The environment is fast-paced and evolving, so we're looking for someone with a breadth of experience who can quickly figure things out and deliver without needing rigid structures. While this is a contract-to-hire opportunity, consultants open to contract-only will also be considered.

Key background and skills

1. 5 to 10 years' experience as a Business Analyst
2. A degree, with a formal Business Analysis qualification desirable
3. Retail and/or marketing industry experience will be highly advantageous
4. Exposure to marketing projects: campaigns, customer journey mapping, voice of the customer
5. Financial services or online commerce experience will be a plus
6. Experience with Salesforce will be highly beneficial
7. Familiarity with Google Suite tools advantageous
8. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
9. Confident, proactive, and collaborative – not introverted
