We are currently seeking experienced Business Analysts to join our team as consultants. Your role will involve ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Project Initiation: Developing business cases, defining project scope and objectives, and creating detailed user stories.
2. Project Planning: Assisting in developing project plans, outlining objectives, scope, stakeholders, and high-level requirements.
3. Requirements Elicitation: Working with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, establish success criteria, and build use cases.
4. Analysis: Converting business requirements into data requirements, analyzing data for insights, and identifying trends.
5. Design: Documenting operating models, identifying gaps, and helping design solutions aligned with business goals.
6. Development: Supporting technical teams with knowledge of tools like SAS, SQL, Power BI, and Python, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.
7. Testing: Drafting test plans and cases, and assessing whether requirements are met.

Qualifications include:

• A degree, preferably with postgraduate qualifications.
• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role within Consulting, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• Understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
• Strong communication, documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies such as Visio, Draw.io, Lucid Charts, Aris, BPMN, or UML.
