What you will do :

1. Act as a liaison between our internal teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
2. Analyze and document system processes, pain points, and user feedback to recommend solutions.
3. Support project rollouts by creating user documentation, assisting with QA, and coordinating timelines.
4. Build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
5. Conduct detailed analysis of sales, credit, and funding trends to support business decisions.
6. Identify opportunities for automation and improvements across our operations and technology stack.
7. Manage data integrity across our systems (CRM, databases, internal tools) and maintain dashboards for executive visibility.
8. Communicate clearly with departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on project objectives.
9. Help train staff and serve as a key support resource during onboarding of new tools or workflows.

In-office position; NOT REMOTE

Hours : Monday-Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

What you bring to the table :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech or a related industry.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and / or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with CRM systems, documentation tools, and ticketing platforms.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with financial products or loan servicing is a plus.
