Our client is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their dynamic team.
This role is pivotal to translating business needs into functional system requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration between IT and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Lead IT-related projects, develop project plans, track progress, and conduct pre- and post-project analyses.
Deliver insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.
Oversee change management processes, assess risks, and drive strategic improvements.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure implemented solutions align with business needs.
Analyse data, identify key patterns, and contribute to governance, technical, and strategic planning.
Communicate technical concepts clearly across various teams and stakeholders.
Ensure business objectives align with technological solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related Management field.
At least 3+ years of experience in business and process analysis.
Experience with digital marketing systems such as Referral Factory and Hubspot Marketing Hub.
Strong knowledge of frameworks, methodologies, and software development processes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables effectively within deadlines.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
Telecommunications experience is advantageous.
