Are you a dynamic Business Analyst with a passion for software delivery and cross-functional collaboration?Join our Software Solutions team and help shape the future of market research tools through innovative planning, design, and documentation.

About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in guiding workstream planning and delivering high-quality documentation for our market research software platforms. You’ll collaborate across departments, translate technical and user requirements, and support platform adoption through clear communication and Agile-aligned practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and validate stakeholder requirements
• Create Business Requirements Specifications, UI mockups, User Stories, Data Flows, and UML diagrams
• Support client training and internal knowledge sharing
• Drive process improvements and workflow efficiencies
• Maintain documentation repositories and apply POPIA guidelines
• Collaborate on quality assurance and define success criteria
• Provide input on team priorities and capacity planning

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

• A recognised 3-year IT or related degree
• Ideally a Business Analyst diploma/qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven track record in software-related project delivery
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Exposure to Agile environments is a plus
