Responsibilities

• Participate in conceptualization, design and planning of projects for product house, business unit or segment.
• Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in the elicitation of business requirements.
• Obtain needed information from stakeholders, capture, validate and manage business requirements.
• Prioritize requirements effectively based on factors including business, system, and time constraints.
• Provide an end-to-end solution which involves scoping, documentation, understanding of implementation within reason, testing and sign-off.
• Ensure that requirements and models meet the quality standards.
• Validate that the requirements encapsulate the business needs.
• Manage and monitor delivery of own / team analysis outputs, providing timely reporting of risks and issues that impact own progress.
• Manage expectations with relevant stakeholders regarding own / team delivery of analysis outputs.
• Implement business processes according to benchmarks and the Shared Values.
• Review and report on the performance of business processes.
• Analyze the internal service delivery processes and contribute ideas or participate in working groups to improve and streamline processes, increase revenue, drive efficiencies, and minimize redundancy and waste.
