Senior Business Analyst (10+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in system integration and API-driven projects, with a solid background in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex business analysis efforts and define business/system requirements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to capture and document requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions (user stories, process flows, data models, mockups)
• Collaborate with solution architects to ensure alignment with system architecture
• Support testing, integration, and user adoption of solutions
• Proactively analyze system trends and propose sustainable improvements

Qualifications & Experience:

• BCom Informatics or BSc degree (Business Analysis Diploma preferred)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
• At least 6 years’ IT experience with integrated solutions
• Strong background in API-centric architectures and system integration projects
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the investment or financial services sector
• Agile working experience preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to produce low-fidelity UX mockups and UML diagrams
• Working knowledge of Postman, Soap UI, Mongo, Swagger
• Proficiency in SQL and data queries
• Experience with workflow and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro)
