Job Description

We are expanding our fund ranges and seek your analytical and data-centric skills to integrate these funds into our technology platform.

The initial focus will be on mapping and transitioning core data such as securities, holdings, valuations, classifications, and analytics. The scope may later include portfolio performance, risk analysis, and other vital investment data areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure efficient and accurate onboarding of existing fund data by:
    • Collaborating with data and process experts to understand data models and flows.
    • Analyzing data from current fund providers.
    • Providing detailed mappings for data loading into existing models and processes.
    • Communicating progress, issues, and risks effectively and timely.

Risk & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Adhere to the Code of Ethics and policies, including handling of personal accounts, gifts, and market abuse.
  • Complete compliance training, declarations, and forms promptly.
  • Protect firm and client data and property, including IT data.
  • Report breaches, errors, complaints, or conduct issues.
  • Report suspicions of money laundering, fraud, or market abuse.

Technical Knowledge and Experience

  • SQL
  • Excel
  • Tools or experience relevant to data comparison and mapping

System / Domain Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst
  • Financial Services knowledge
  • Familiarity with financial data such as securities and holdings for equities and fixed income
