Job Opportunity: Business Analyst in Cape Town (Bellville)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Cape Town (Bellville). The role involves translating business needs into functional requirements, supporting system implementation, and testing.

Key Requirements

1. Degree in B Eng (Industrial) or other engineering qualification
2. 4+ years of experience in business/process analysis
3. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
4. Experience with SQL, Dynamics NAV/Business Central (advantageous)
5. Experience in FMCG and software development (advantageous)
6. Ability to define and document processes, lead change, manage projects
7. Analytical and problem-solving skills
8. Excellent communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
9. Valid Code 08 driver’s license
10. Office-based full time for the first 6 months, then hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
