Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Fintech industry. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions to enhance our products and services. This position requires a strong understanding of financial technology, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various departments.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and customers, to gather and document business requirements.
3. Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional requirement documents (FRDs) that outline project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
4. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for software development teams.
5. Work closely with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
6. Analyse and interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
7. Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities.
8. Provide support and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to Fintech products and services.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Fintech industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, products, and services.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modelling, and requirements elicitation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desirable but not required.
