Overview

We're partnering with a fast-growing ERP services firm based in Claremont, Cape Town, to find a hands-on Business Analyst / Product Owner / Consultant. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to step into a role with real ownership, client-facing impact, and the chance to be instrumental in shaping how delivery happens across a growing portfolio of projects.

This is not a traditional BA role - you won't be siloed or stuck writing requirements for months. You'll work across the full delivery lifecycle, engaging directly with clients, and collaborating closely with internal leadership on strategic and operational improvements.



What You'll Do

• Lead client discovery sessions and translate business needs into system configurations and workflows
  
  
• Own end-to-end ERP implementation projects - from requirements to go-live and post-support
  
  
• Work closely with leadership to improve internal delivery frameworks and processes
  
  
• Drive system adoption across finance, supply chain, operations, and other business functions
  
  
• Document business processes, write user stories, and track internal delivery milestones
  
  
• Provide hands-on guidance to clients, resolving issues and supporting change management
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• 3-6 years' experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or ERP Consultant role
  
  
• Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement
  
  
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred but not essential)
  
  
• Skilled communicator, confident working directly with clients and leadership
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced, delivery-driven environment
  
  
• Bonus: experience in professional services or fast-moving implementation teams
