About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Business Advisor with proven expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to support our organisation in conceptualising, structuring, and launching an RPO service offering. This is a pivotal consulting engagement, ideal for a results-oriented individual who brings deep industry knowledge and a successful track record of setting up RPO solutions for recruitment businesses or internal talent functions.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic consultant , advising on best practices, operational frameworks, technology enablement, pricing models, and service delivery structures aligned with RPO industry standards.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in RPO strategy, implementation, or consultancy within the recruitment or talent acquisition industry.
- Demonstrated experience advising or setting up RPO models for recruitment firms or corporate talent functions.
- Deep understanding of RPO commercial structures, delivery models (on-site, offshore, hybrid), and client lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in talent technologies, recruitment automation, and digital sourcing strategies.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and presentation skills with an ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advisory on the end-to-end setup of a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model tailored to our business goals.
- Define the scope, value proposition, and service tiers for RPO offerings.
- Benchmark industry practices and design RPO solutions that are scalable, competitive, and aligned with client expectations
Operational Framework & Implementation Support
- Design workflow processes, governance structures, and performance management systems for the RPO function.
- Recommend suitable recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, and automation tools to support seamless RPO delivery.
- Outline service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and operational standards.
Business & Commercial Advisory
- Advise on pricing models, revenue structures, and profitability metrics tailored for RPO delivery.
- Guide the creation of RPO marketing collateral, pitch decks, and client onboarding frameworks.
- Support the preparation of internal capability assessments and gap analyses.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align internal stakeholders with the RPO vision.
- Provide knowledge transfer and training recommendations to upskill internal teams.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership throughout the RPO development lifecycle.
