Job summary

Experian is seeking a data operations professional in Stellenbosch to manage, coordinate and monitor incoming data. You will provide responsive support to Industry Bodies, Bureaus and data suppliers on data-related queries, ensuring timely processing within SLA.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 - NQF Level 4 is required.
• MS Office qualification or demonstrated MS Office proficiency is required.
• 1 year data processing experience in a financial services industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data processes: collect, load and monitor the flow of all data through the various stages within agreed service level agreements (SLA).
• Reporting: manage the compiling and delivery of bureau compliance reports within the agreed SLAs.
• Adhoc requests: process SNOW cases, data investigation, credit provider queries and SACRRA/CBA queries within SLA.
