Job Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join the Recruitment team. You will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring with the goal to fulfil the company’s hiring needs. This position will be reporting into the Key Accounts Manager.

Job Objectives:

• 100% compliance to company policies, processes, labour legislation, SLAs (e.g. professional registration) and timely record keeping (online database and tracker) and ensuring information is POPI compliant.
• Build an online, active and up to date database (ATS) for your departments of pre-screened applicants per skill group and job category through appropriate direct sourcing, engagement and networking initiatives, store visits, promoting the ERP, marketing and candidate management initiatives.
• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process and escalating where necessary to ensure each part of the process progresses timeously achieved.
• Recruit to agreed benchmarks and minimum standards and partner with line managers so they understand the benchmarks and follow best practice screening and selection • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategies based on the business requirements Regularly.
• advertise on various platforms to ensure that we have constant flow of applications
• Interview candidates following company's rules and regulations.
• Weekly recruitment reporting.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Essential: Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma/ Degree)
• 2-3 years’ experience in the role of a recruitment consultant, preferably within a contact centre or recruitment agency .
