Overview:
As aBulkRecruiter, you’ll drive our high-volume hiring strategy for call-centre operations, sourcing quality candidates at pace and scale. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process for campaigns ranging from 20 to 200+ seats, ensuring each client ramp-up is on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to forecast hiring volumes and timelines
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for large-scale hiring campaigns
• Use sourcing strategies that deliver strong pipelines under tight deadlines
• Conduct group assessments, high-volume screening, and streamlined onboarding coordination
• Maintain recruitment data, hiring dashboards, and source performance tracking
• Support employer branding initiatives tailored to Gen-Z audiences
• Uphold compliance and labour practice standards in a fast-moving environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years in volume recruitment, preferably in BPO or agency environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns
• ATS proficiency (e.g., BambooHR) and Excel fluency
