Placements24 is seeking an experienced Building Services Sanitation Coordinator for multiple commercial properties in Vereeniging, Gauteng. The role ensures clean, safe, and welcoming environments for tenants and visitors, by supervising cleaning staff, maintaining sanitation protocols, and coordinating with building managers.

You will oversee supplies, train staff on proper techniques, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sanitation supervision or building services management.
• Experience managing and scheduling cleaning staff.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations including COSHH.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with tenants and management.
• Willingness to relocate to Vereeniging, Gauteng area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of cleaning and maintenance staff.
• Develop and monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation plans.
• Inspect areas for cleanliness in common spaces and restrooms.
