A prominent housing provider is seeking a Building Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety standards and engage with residents. This role involves managing building safety for high-rise properties and overseeing safety case management. The ideal candidate will have experience in safety management and an ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Competitive salary of £60,000 - £65,000 and benefits included.
This is a rare opportunity for a Building Safety Manager to join Your Housing Group's established and highly collaborative Building safety team as a Building Safety Manager.
The safety of our customers is Your Housing Group’s number one priority, and the Building Safety Manager role is integral to the management of safety within our Buildings.
Working within and as part of the wider Asset Team, you will work in close collaborative partnership with the Head of Compliance & Building Safety, to ensure compliance with building safety standards and with colleagues from teams across YHG.
Your role will be a varied blend of regional and home working as you will need to visit the buildings under your care regularly to provide technical support and assurance and you will have the autonomy to manage your own diary accordingly.
In return we offer £60,000 - £65,000 for a 35-hour week, and 25 days annual leave (leave also increase with time served) plus Bank Holidays, but our employee offering provides much more than just a competitive salary and holiday allowance.
