Job summary

OUTsurance is seeking a Buildings On the Road Assessor in Cape Town to assess and finalise building-related personal and business claims. You will validate incidents, meet clients and witnesses, and finalise reports while coordinating with service providers.

The role requires Matric, a valid driver’s license, and building industry experience or related qualification. You’ll work in a dynamic, supportive team with travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Matric is required and a valid driver’s license.
• Building industry experience or qualification (NQF6+) or progress towards related field.
• Face-to-face client services experience and investigation/assessing experience in short-term insurance (Buildings)
