We are seeking a dynamic Business Cycle & ZBB Manager to lead the monthly business cycle for BU South East (BUSE), overseeing management reporting and forecasting, including Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB).

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monthly Cycle: Deliver FP&A Monthly Cycle, collaborate with functions, partner with countries on performance projects, prepare presentations for leadership review, drive finance excellence, optimize management reporting, digitize processes.
2. Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB): Oversee ZBB management, review packages, prepare month-end decks, execute latest estimate processes, conduct annual ZBB cycles, lead ZBB deliverables, drive policy localization, share expense management best practices.

Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent; CA, CIMA, MBA preferred.
• 3-4 years in a business environment; management experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of business processes, strategy, and finance.
• Proficient in accounting, financial statements, Microsoft Office, Syspro, Cognos, SAP.
• Leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, influencing skills.
• Effective communication across organizational levels.
