- BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Advantageous: Millwright or Electrical Qualification

Job Brief
We are seeking a committed, energetic individual with excellent maintenance skills. The candidate will be mentored into the role of Deputy Factory Manager, with exposure to senior management and the CEO, supporting ongoing factory improvements and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Factory Manager in operations and team development
- Maintain and develop effective systems for asset preservation
- Implement best practices across the factory
- Lead and develop operational teams to meet targets
- Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction
- Oversee product development and project management
- Manage factory costs and safety compliance
- Source new suppliers and develop future leaders
- Ensure achievement of key performance indicators
