The Broll Property Job Vacancy as Handyman is a chance for you to work with a collaborative team and develop the necessary skill set for the position.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular examinations and inspections of structures to determine maintenance needs.
2. Respond promptly and effectively to tenant needs.
3. Carry out responsibilities delegated by the building supervisor or regional manager efficiently.
4. Perform quality control inspections on tenant installations.
5. Ensure the property is in good condition before tenant move-in.
6. Assist tenants and work with the building manager during move-in.
7. Maintain communication with tenants and notify the supervisor of issues.
8. Report critical issues promptly for quick resolution.
9. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
10. Familiarize with building contractors' contact information to assist the building manager.

Location:

Springs, Gauteng.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Must have a Standard Eight (Grade 10) qualification.
2. Additional training in maintenance and repair protocols is preferred.
3. Knowledge of maintenance elements and safety procedures.
4. Ability to read blueprints.
