Job summary

The Recruitment Council in Durban seeks a Broker Consultant to build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and financial planners. You will manage a panel of brokers in your area, prospect, negotiate, and close deals while supporting onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

You will market products, deliver training, identify client opportunities, and uphold company values in a proactive sales role based in KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualifications

• Matric & Commerce qualification required.
• Exposure to Insurance, Banking, Estate Planning, Investments.
• Minimum of 3 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships between The Recruitment Council and Intermediaries/Financial Planners.
• Manage a panel of brokers in your allocated area.
• Prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Assist with onboarding and relationship management.
• Provide growth and support to panel members and deliver training.
