Job summary

The Recruitment Council is seeking a Broker Consultant in Cape Town to build and maintain strong relationships between our client and intermediaries. You will manage a broker panel, prospect for new business, and negotiate to close deals while onboarding and supporting partners.

Responsibilities include market growth, training delivery, campaign identification, client outreach, and upholding company values. A driving licence and sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Own car registered in your name.
• Clear ITC & Criminal Record.
• Matric & Commerce Qualification.
• Exposure to Insurance, Banking, Estate Planning, Investments.
• Minimum of 3 years Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

• Create valuable business partnerships and enhance the business.
• Manage a panel of Brokers in your allocated area.
• Prospecting, negotiating & closing skills.
• Assist with the onboarding process and relationship management.
• Provide growth, maintenance, and support to all supporters on the panel.
• Market the product and deliver training providing leadership and direction.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns and potential clients.
• Assist knowledge extension on indemnification and uphold company values.
