Location: This role is based in the KZN, with our offices currently in Morning Side.
What’s This Role About?
As a Broker Development Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
Developing relationships with new brokers and maintaining relationships with existing brokers.
Achieving new business sales targets every month.
Providing top-tier support and advice to brokers and referral agents.
Conducting presentations for new and existing employer group schemes.
Identifying and attending industry events for business development.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3-5 years in sales & servicing.
Skills: Communication, negotiation, leadership, and time management.
Knowledge: Understanding of medical aid schemes and Gap competitors' products.
Qualifications: Matric (NQF4) is compulsory. Additional qualifications (RE5, NQF4 Short-Term Credits) are preferable but can be completed in the first year of employment – we’ll discuss this in the interview.
Extras: Reliable vehicle & valid SA driver’s license.
