What will you do?

This role reports to the Business and focuses on building a supporting portfolio of brokers to increase new business. The Broker Consultant acts as the interface between brokers and Sanlam, striving to achieve business objectives in a dynamic, innovative, and high-performance environment. Your role involves promoting Sanlam products to brokers, forming trusting relationships that enhance new business opportunities, and supporting and upskilling brokers with relevant information, tools, and technologies to aid their practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completed Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Legal degree
  • Preferably Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, RFP3, or Wealth Management 3
  • Goal and target-oriented

  • At least three years of experience as a Broker Consultant, currently in a Broker, Business Consultant, or Business Development Manager role in a Life Insurance or Linked Investment Service Provider company
