Broker Consultant (Investments)

Our well-known automotive dealership client in Pinetown is looking to employ 2 x Used Vehicle Sales Executives with a proven track record.

Purpose of the Role :

The core purpose of this position is to meet and exceed targets and customer expectations at every phase of the selling process.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for the business, up-to-date product knowledge, the ability to follow up on leads, and an excellent closing ratio.

You will need a professional personal image and a drive to meet targets in units sold, profit, and CSI / CCS targets.

Key Deliverables and Outputs :

1. Utilise the lead management system and web-based initiatives, research markets, gather sales leads, and follow up diligently.
2. Make contact with existing or potential customers via telephone, build positive relationships, and generate interest in products and services.
3. Negotiate sales, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
4. Manage trade-ins appropriately.
5. Follow correct sales administration procedures after the customer signs the offer to purchase.
6. Ensure pre-delivery inspection processes are followed, perform quality checks, and deliver the vehicle to the customer.
7. Develop and maintain good relationships with manufacturer representatives and stay updated on manufacturer programs.
8. Maintain effective communication with customers and colleagues, both orally and in writing.
9. Build and sustain professional working relationships.
10. Protect the company against risks.

Minimum Requirements :

• Matric Certificate.
• Unendorsed driver's license.
• A marketing or finance diploma/degree is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
• Experience in a dealership is essential.
• Knowledge and Skills: Excellent selling skills.
