Role Purpose: To market and sell company products to individuals and corporate clients to ensure that sales targets are met.

Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Internal Process:
  • Implement operational processes and policies for effective sales delivery.
  • Develop sales targets in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and increase sales penetration.
  • Monitor and implement tactics to generate new business by agencies and brokers.
  • Monitor sales and drive achievement of targets.
  • Ensure quality of business supplied by brokers and agencies.
  • Take corrective actions to sustain policy retention and prospects for repeat business.
  • Provide administrative support to brokers and agencies.
  • Manage commission payments.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement tactics.
  • Contribute to packaging material design and development.
  • Monitor compliance to product standards.
  • Handle and resolve broker and agent queries.
Client Service:
  • Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Participate in external networking and benchmarking.
  • Define fair client service practices to build relationships and facilitate sales.
  • Provide product and systems training.
  • Ensure clear and accurate information is provided to clients, brokers, and agencies.
  • Handle and resolve queries to promote business retention.
People:
  • Contribute to a positive work climate.
  • Demonstrate leadership and support organizational values.
  • Manage performance of brokers and agencies.
Finance:
  • Implement and review financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance.
