Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance administrative experience required.
• Experience in a broker or dealer servicing environment preferred.
• Personal lines underwriting experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming queries from brokers and clients via phone or email.
• Assist with policy amendments and provide feedback on queries.
• Address QA corrections as identified by the QA department.

What will you do?

We are seeking a strong candidate to join our Broker Client Services Team. You should be passionate about people, professional in client and broker interactions, and capable of handling inquiries via phone or email from brokers and clients. You will also perform underwriting tasks as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

• Regulatory Exam (RE 5)
• Matric / NQF 4
• Full FAIS Credits

Minimum Experience

• At least 3 years of insurance administrative experience
• Exposure to broker or dealer servicing environment
• Minimum 3 years of personal lines underwriting experience

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming queries from brokers and clients via phone or email
• Assist with policy amendments
• Provide feedback on queries to brokers
• Address QA corrections as identified by QA department
