Zusammenfassung

Sovereign is seeking a thorough and committed Farm Supervisor for its Broiler operations in the Agriculture division. The role reports to the Farm Manager and requires a Grade 12 certificate plus a tertiary qualification in intensive agriculture or poultry production, with 1 year of supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will drive KPI achievement, optimise climate and heating settings, ensure strict SOP adherence and contribute to SHEQ and NOSA compliance while developing a strong

Aufgaben

Contribute to achieving Broiler KPI’s on the facility (Mortality, Weight, FCR, PEF, Costs).
Provide optimal growing conditions through climate controller and heating system settings.
Ensure SOP adherence and report non-conformance.
Complete reports, utilities and production system tasks timeously and accurately.
Enforce strict Biological Risk compliance.
Assist in achieving SHEQ audit compliance at 98% and NOSA accreditation.
Maintain infrastructure through corrective and preventative maintenance.
Develop teamwork with emphasis on skills and talent development.
Support risk mitigation through alarm verification and reduction.
